Our skilled technicians are trained to install all types of fire sprinkler systems in a wide variety of buildings, including not only residential and commercial sites, but also institutional, industrial, medical, nursing homes, and adult extended care facilities. At Lucto Fire, we are familiar with the requirements of the local building and fire departments, and can readily navigate the sometimes complex process of acquiring permits, scheduling the proper inspections to finalize a project, and obtaining a certificate of occupancy for our clients. We repair and maintain the full range of fire sprinkler system components including fire mains, hydrants and backflow preventers, fire pumps, motors and controllers, fire sprinkler valves, switches and piping, and fire sprinklers themselves. We also keep abreast of any product recalls that may impact your property as well as new technologies that may enable more efficient or cost effective performance. We also offer a complete range of consulting services including engineering analyses of your current property use to confirm the adequacy of your existing system. Inspections

Statistics show clearly, Fire Sprinklers save life and property. As important and potentially life-saving devices, fire sprinkler systems are required by State and municipal law to be subject to a regular inspection and maintenance program by a Licensed and Certified Fire Sprinkler Contractor.
Failure to comply with these inspections may not only subject your business to citations and fines or other penalties but more importantly imperil the proper purposes on function of the fire sprinkler system. The frequency of these inspections may vary depending on the jurisdiction, but typically will include both quarterly and annual fire sprinkler inspections, both by a governmental entity or by a licensed fire sprinkler contractor. At Lucto Fire, we are certified by the State of Florida and the National Institute for the Certification of Engineering Technologies (NICET) to perform the required quarterly and annual fire sprinkler inspections for your behalf. We will tag the equipment and provide you with the inspection certificate, as per the authority of the licensing agency. If your establishment has already been cited by local code enforcement, we can repair all the deficiencies found in your system and provide you with documentation to present to the local fire or building official. We can also inspect fire pumps, standpipes and certify backflows, all in accordance with NFPA standards.
